My necklace was broken, I was very disappointed so I decided to write bad review about my purchase. However, people from the company Onecklace have contacted me very quickly and they fix my problem. I didn't really expect that and I was pleasantly surprised. Today I received a brand new better quality necklace. I am absolutely changed my mind. Truly I didn't expect it, I am so happy. My new necklace is gorgeous. THANK YOU "Onecklace" one more time you are very kind and professional!

Shipped quicker than expected and was better quality than expected! Looks wonderful on! The only concern I have is that I was given the wrong chain, but that may have been my fault since I couldn't decide between the two!

I recently purchased this necklace and its not what I expected at all, the name were printed very pale instead of cut out engraving. Really disappointed in this piece.

I love my Hamsa! It's amazing and came so quickly. I've recieved many compliments. It is just as pictured. Shiny and clear. Perfect I will use onecklace again and refer others.
