Ordered a necklace for my husband's birthday and I am very pleased with the quality and look of the necklace. I also liked the packaging it came in. My husband loves his necklace and wears it very often! My son pulled the necklace recently and broke it and the customer service was amazing; the response to e-mails were quick and the company sent a replacement chain and gave instructions on how to change it; the customer service representative also offered additional help if needed. I will be purchasing from Onecklace again!
