This company by far has one best customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a infinity name necklace, which was a beautiful as it was. I left a review saying how pretty the necklace was but I wished I ordered the upgraded option. The company reached out to me about it and they upgraded me to the other option. I was fine with the one I had but I guess they wanted me to be 100% happy. I received my new necklace and I love it! Thank you! I will definitely be ordering again for my family!

Je me suis trompé dans la taille, après échange de mails j'ai renvoyé le bijou pour modification. Malheureusement, celui-ci est arrivé cassé au SAV. Mais Onecklace m'en a refait un autre et à la bonne taille ! Je suis ravi et ma femme aussi. Excellent site! Je recommande vivement.
