Commissioned the Rose Gold necklace with my and my wife's names engraved with appropriate birthstones. Created and delivered in time for anniversary, but did end up being very close to the date even with 2 weeks advanced purchase. Wife exceptionally happy :)

I had a wonderful experience with this company! The customized necklace I bought for a gift was of such great quality. But I bought it in a time crunch needing it for a baby shower 1 week away. I also had ordered a letter wrong. When contacted customer service, they not only corrected my mistake, they tweaked my order as requested AND got it to me in just a couple days.
