i love my nameplate necklace but the quality in the picture is different from the kind you get after ordering my name has a y in the middle because I was given the unique name of emilyann and when i received my nameplate instead of seeing the y above the heart it was put inside of it so it made it difficult to read my name which was the reason behind me buying the necklace i love how my name is unique. Also the nameplate is very thin to the point its flat it doesnt rise like in the picture its not raised or rounded but you get what you pay for

At first I was afraid that the 18 would be too small around my neck but it isn't it fits perfectly and I was also afraid that the letters would be too large but I love it it has a nice size

Everything was great, except they sent me a necklace with an extra letter. But they were nice to enough to send me the correct one. But still great!
