The necklace I ordered fell apart after one wear and some of the engraved letters had some kind of stains on the letters! I will definitely not order from your company again and also warn my friends and family about the quality of your product.

My girlfriend absolutely loved her new Name Necklace! The only issue we have with it is the clasp is very small and sometimes hard to connect.

I purchased the 14k gold allegro necklace and, because I am super super picky about things looking almost perfect I had sent an email to customer service letting them know my concern and they were wonderful! They helped me right away without making me feel like I am causing them trouble and I was able to send the product back for a new one. Not only they help me with that, they even took pictures of the new necklace they were making and sent it to me to make sure it was okay before sending it. I was very surprised by how well they treated me since most online purchases biggest difficulty is usually returns and customer service. I am super happy, and the necklace looks gorgeous and now I am going to buy some more and recommend this site to my friends. I swear this is a real review, not paid to write this. I am from Toronto Canada.

I ordered a ring and it didn't look that good with the font I chose. I notified the company and they immediately processed another ring in just a couple days. I sent the other ring back no charge and my new ring arrived in less than a week

The only con that I have is that the hearts for my daughter are VERY small. They could be slightly larger without loosing the descreatness of the charms.

The is a very beautiful necklace! YES it is worth the buy!!! The only down side to the necklace is that the point on the heart and on some letters are very pointy. My neck has a lot of scratches from thr heart and letters. Overall i\'m in love with this necklace!

Beautiful name plate but as I wear my necklace, I can feel the roughness on the edges where is was cut. The edges rubs againts my skin and it becomes uncomfortable to wear. I still love my necklaces.
