I loved this necklace! It shipped really quickly and I was so exited for it to arrive! I wore it almost every day.. for less than a month and it turned black on me! I am so disappointed. I really shopped around to find a great product with a sturdy box chain, and I cannot believe this turned black so quickly. I will say the company has great customer service, the return was easy, and they were willing to work with us to get a solid gold one to me. Ouch on the cost though... I own many .925 silver pieces and have never had a problem like this before. TL;DR Top rate service, product needs some work.

I bought this necklace with high expectation but it was very disappointing. It is so thin and fragile and easily tangled to anything. Colour also faded away very quickly and as expected it is into two pieces now because of the quality. So unhappy and sad :(

I contacted the customer service and emailed back and forth with Elisheva and realized just how excellent this company's customer service is! The necklace shipped and delivered fast and I like it, but it is a little smaller than I thought it would be. Overall seems good quality and looks good. I gave it as a gift!

I have very sensitive skin. I bought two gold chains from One Necklace and never had an issue with them. I recently bought a rose gold necklace and it's irritating my skin and causing a rash. This isn't a necklace I can wear for more than four hours, which sucks because the rose gold is truly beautiful.

Other than that I wish the words were larger and easier to read, this necklace is very cute. I got the one in gold and it sparkles and shimmers in the sun.

Really nice, one-of-a-kind necklace that draws attention to the eye. I have it in my name in the gold setting and wear it all of the time!
