I had some technical issues while placing my order, which Customer service quickly resolved for me. Then, when I received my order (quickly, and a quality item to boot), it turns out I'd ordered the wrong size (it was a gift). My necklace came today, and it's exactly what I wanted!! I upgraded to double thickness because my name is rather long. (FYI - It costs an extra $50 for 14K gold. I couldn't find that info on the website.) I went with the 14" length, and it sits perfectly on my collarbone. Great customer service, too - they quickly responded to my questions over email. Super happy and satisfied with this necklace! I will probably buy one for my sister :)

I purchased three ( on separate occasions ) 24K Gold Plated Split Chain Monogram Necklaces for my daughters. They loved them. The craftsmanship was excellent, shipping arrived promptly and free and customer service was cordial and quick. I couldn't be more pleased with this online shopping experience.

I ordered the personalized name necklace in Gold with a box chain. I had ordered that same necklace before from another website and it looked super cheap and I hated it. When I recieved the necklace from this company I was more than happy with the over all look and quality. I would definitely order from here again.

I'm pleased I purchased these two necklaces. The writing is larger in person than what I imagined from the website. The box chain seems to be a better chain. The rolo chain is tiny. Had it been a large rolo chain with thick loops, I would choose it. But I will be sending it back to exchange it for a box chain. The lobster claps is too large in comparison to the chain. These lobster claps eclipse the chain. Had it been a smaller clasp, it would be more proportionate. I'm a jewelry designer, so I may just switch it out myself and put a more appropriate lobster clasp on it to compliment the chain better. I got two necklaces, one for me and other for my sister. We enjoy these. I'm pleased with the gold plated beautiful 'name' necklace. The communication after ordering and throughout the purchase and delivery time exceeds my expectations. I even got a reply from a team member at Onecklace immediately. This part is comforting to know, that with online ordering, a team member of the company is right there to help me. Thanks!
