Seratonin Necklace - excellent customer service
Purchased this necklace and it is beautiful and unique. It was a gift to my daughter for her high school graduation. On her first night wearing it, the chain caught in her hair and the chain broke. I reached out to Onecklace and they responded very promptly, asked for a picture of the break and then offered a solution of sending me a new chain which was a fair and appropriate fix. I would purchase from onecklace again.

I totally love my "Hannah" necklace! I love that the box chain only increased the price by a little bit but it is much stronger.

Good Value
I love my necklace. I do wish there was an option to choose a thicker box chain and lobster clasp. I would pay the extra amount. Otherwise very happy.
