The 14K gold piece I ordered came rather quickly. I didn't know what to expect. I feared it might be a very thin piece of gold but instead it was very substantial. I do wish the box chain had been a bit heavier though. It really seems too fine for the name it supports.

My son had asked me for a shark chain because he was playing a shark in his first ever school show he had been brave enough to do. I scoured the internet looking for one for ages when one day i saw this pop up, i thought no way, this gonna be so expensive like all the other decent other ones i had seen. When it arrived, i couldn't believe it, the quality was brilliant, it had his initial like they said it would have a it didnt cost a bomb. I gave it to my son and he was instantly in love with it. He has worn it every day since it arrived. I would definitely recommend this company as they have been brilliant.

I bought this necklace for my granddaughter's 21st birthday in 12k gold-plated. She loved it! It looks expensive and is well made. I purchased the lobster claw for an additional $4 and it was worth it. I was able to save over $9 off the total by looking for discount codes online. It arrived 1 day later than from the latest estimated time-frames. It is possible that it got lost in the mail though, because the address label was barely readable. Additionally, it came in a little bag in a padded envelope - which I thought was a little flimsy and could have bent the necklace. Fortunately, it did not. I would recommend that the company put the necklace in a small gift box for protection.

Love the way it is designed only thing wrong with my purchase was the clamp to clamp necklace was on the left side, not left handed.
