The necklace was delayed and returned to sender due to delivery issues during Christmas/ covid. My email was responded to immediately with no issues and the necklace was sent back with a partial refund

I chose the smaller size and necklace, I love how delicate it looks, my name looks amazing as it’s quite an unusual name. I will always use this company as so client focussed. My first order arrived in England but didn’t get to me due to COVID-19 problems with mail, I emailed onecklace and they remade the exact order (gold name, box necklace) and posted special delivery it arrived within in 2 weeks. So pleased with my purchase.

The mom necklace came out great, but I thought my daughter would need a smaller necklace so I choose the size smaller and I guess I was wrong but thats my fault the product came quick and was a great valentines present with out breaking the bank
