4 stars given because it was bent and dlightly twisted when i checked on it. It wouldn't sit flat on a tabletop. I am a jeweler too but wanted something I couldn't do. Quickly. They did it. The repair was straight forward.

I bought this recently as a gift and the chain broke a few months later (I don't think it was anything about the chain itself). I wanted to purchase a replacement chain to give to the recipient and contacted customer service to find out how I could go about that. To my surprise, they offered to send me a whole new necklace for a very nominal fee. What a wonderful and unexpected kindness!!!! Thanks again to everyone at Onecklace!
